Artwork Guidelines

Adobe Illustrator is Orion’s platform. Accepted file formats are .ai and Adobe .pdf. If providing an Illustrator file, including an additional low resolution .pdf for reference would help reduce art time. Art files are to be single page only, please do not submit multi-page items.

Canva is not compatible with Orion’s printing capabilities. Please contact Orion Labels if Canva is what you are using.

Copy limits of 1/16”(0.0625”) to the inside of the die line. Standard bleed is 1/16”(0.0625”) to the outside of the die line.

Art files should be in CMYK mode. Orion uses the Pantone Solid Coated color book for all non-process colors. Please specify desired PMS colors within the art file.

300 dpi resolution is required.
